38:23B-20.Ā Offenses and penalties
Any person who, having obtained a veteran's loan under this act, solicits, applies for, or accepts another such loan, except as specifically authorized inĀ this act, and any person who knowingly and willfully furnishes any false orĀ misleading information for the purpose of obtaining a veteran's loan, or ofĀ enabling another to obtain a veteran's loan, under this act, shall be guilty ofĀ a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not moreĀ than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment for not more thanĀ three years, or both.
