38:25-4.Ā Printing and publication of compilation;Ā appropriation
Upon the completion of such compilation, the adjutant general shall proceedĀ to have the same printed and published in one or more volumes of suitable sizeĀ for reference purposes.Ā He may expend for such compilation, printing andĀ publishing, such sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, as shall beĀ appropriated for such purpose in any appropriation bill.
