39:3C-31.Ā Severability
If any clause, sentence, paragraph or part of this act shall, for any reasonĀ be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgmentĀ shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder thereof but shall beĀ confined in its operation to the clause, sentence, paragraph or part thereof,Ā directly involved in the controversy in which such judgment shall have beenĀ rendered.
