39:3-10.6.Ā Procedure for evaluation and screening of persons subject to epileptiform seizures
In order to be assured that no person is unwarrantedly denied the privilegeĀ of operating a motor vehicle in this State because of reports submitted underĀ the provisions of this act, the Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles, inĀ consultation with the State Commissioner of Health, shall establish a procedureĀ for evaluation and screening of cases so reported.
