39:3-11b.Ā Rules and regulations
Pursuant to theĀ "Administrative Procedure Act,"Ā P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), the Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles shall promulgate rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this act.
