39:3-29.9.Ā Rules and regulations
The Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles shall promulgate, pursuant toĀ theĀ "Administrative Procedure Act,"Ā P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.),Ā such rules and regulations as he considers necessary to effectuate the purposesĀ of this act.
