No person shall lend the registration certificate or registration plates forĀ use on a motor vehicle other than the vehicle for which issued, or use the sameĀ for a motor vehicle other than the vehicle for which issued.
Any person who violates this section shall be fined not less than twenty-five nor more than fifty dollars.
