39:3-4a.Ā Temporary registration of motor vehicle in another state by resident of New Jersey
Notwithstanding the provisions of Revised Statutes 39:3-4 every resident ofĀ this State who acquires and temporarily registers a motor vehicle in anotherĀ State may operate such vehicle or cause such vehicle to be operated on theĀ public highways of this State for a period not in excess of the unexpired termĀ of such temporary registration in another State.
