39:3-4e.Ā Rules and regulations;Ā information by insurers
The director, after consultation with the Commissioner of Insurance, is hereby empowered to prescribe, adopt, promulgate, rescind and enforce rules andĀ regulations requiring insurers to provide all information with respect to theĀ issuance, renewal, cancellation, nonrenewal and termination of insurance as theĀ director may deem necessary to assist the division in enforcement of theĀ provisions of this Title relating to insurance coverage for motor vehicles.
