39:3-6.10.Ā Suspension or cancellation of exemptions, benefits, or privileges
Agreements, arrangements or declarations made under the authority of this act may include provisions authorizing the director to suspend or cancel the exemptions, benefits, or privileges granted thereunder to a person who violatesĀ any of the conditions or terms of such agreements, arrangements or declarationsĀ or who violates the laws of this State relating to motor vehicles, orĀ regulations lawfully promulgated thereunder.
