39:3-6.3.Ā Registration in another jurisdiction of vehicles located or operated from base in such jurisdiction
An agreement or arrangement entered into, or a declaration issued under theĀ authority of this act may contain provisions authorizing the registration orĀ licensing in another jurisdiction of vehicles located in or operated from aĀ base in such other jurisdiction which vehicles otherwise would be required toĀ be registered or licensed in this State;Ā and in such event the exemptions,Ā benefits and privileges extended by such agreement, arrangement or declarationĀ shall apply to such vehicles, when properly licensed or registered in such baseĀ jurisdiction.
