39:3-6.6.Ā Leased vehicles
An agreement or arrangement entered into, or a declaration issued under theĀ authority of this act, may contain provisions under which a leased vehicleĀ properly registered by the lessor thereof may be entitled, subject to terms andĀ conditions stated therein, to the exemptions, benefits and privileges extendedĀ by such agreement, arrangement or declaration.
