39:3-76.4.Ā Muffler systems for motorcycles
In addition to the muffler requirements contained in section 39:3-70 of theĀ Revised Statutes, motorcycles shall be equipped with muffler systems designedĀ especially for motorcycles and of a type approved by the director.
