39:3-77.1.Ā Use of national school bus chrome paint on motor vehicles
No motor vehicle with a capacity of more than 16 passengers shall be paintedĀ National School Bus Chrome, unless that vehicle is used to transport childrenĀ to or from school, or a summer day camp, or any school connected activity.
Whenever any motor vehicle with a capacity of more than 16 passengers, whichĀ has been used for the transportation of children to or from school, or a summerĀ day camp, or any school connected activity, is no longer used for theseĀ purposes, it shall be repainted a color distinctively different from NationalĀ School Bus Chrome.
