39:5F-21.Ā Procedures and forms
The board shall formulate all necessary procedures and develop uniform formsĀ and documents for administering the provisions of this compact.Ā All proceduresĀ and forms adopted pursuant to board action shall be contained in the CompactĀ Manual.
