39:5-22.Ā Revoked license not restored by appeal
Where a license has been revoked for a violation of section 39:4-50 of thisĀ Title, and an appeal has been taken from the judgment, the appeal shall notĀ operate to restore the license during the pendency of the appeal, however, theĀ license may be restored either by the trial court or the appellate courtĀ pending disposition of the appeal.
