Statutes > New-jersey > Title-39 > Section-39-5 > 39-5-3439:5-34 Granting of new registration.39:5-34. If a registration or registration certificate shall have been suspended or revoked, a new registration or registration certificate issued shall be void and of no effect, unless the new registration shall be made and the new certificate issued under the direction of the commission.
