39:8-6.Ā Display of approval certificate on request
During the period designated by the director or any police officer who shallĀ exhibit his badge or other sign of authority may stop any motor vehicle andĀ require the owner or operator to display an official certificate of approvalĀ for the motor vehicle being operated.
