4:1-21.14.Ā Withholding certification
The Secretary of Agriculture may withhold certification for a period not exceeding 2 years from any grower of agricultural seeds, tubers, grass sod, grass sod plugs, or grass stolons who is or has been engaging in, or attemptingĀ to engage in dishonest practice for the purpose of evading the provisions ofĀ this act, including standards, rules and regulations established by the StateĀ Board of Agriculture.
