4:10-11.Ā Right of entry
In carrying out the provisions of this chapter, the secretary and the employees or agents of the department may enter, on any business day during theĀ usual hours of business, any storehouse, warehouse, cold storage plant, packingĀ house, stockyard, railroad yard, railroad car, or any other building or placeĀ where farm products are kept stored by any person engaged in storing, handlingĀ or marketing.
