4:10-15.     Jurisdiction of action to recover penalty, application
     4:10-15. The action mentioned in R.S.4:10-14 to recover such penalty may be instituted and the penalty recovered either in the Superior Court or before the municipal court of any municipality.

    Jurisdiction to hear and determine actions instituted under this chapter is hereby conferred upon the said courts.

    This section shall not apply to R.S.4:10-5.
