4:10-60.Ā Effective date;Ā filing;Ā publication
Any program promulgated pursuant to the provisions of this act shall becomeĀ effective upon the filing of a copy of the program in the office of theĀ Secretary of the State of New Jersey.Ā The secretary may publish the program inĀ the newspapers of general circulation and may mail copies of the order toĀ interested persons.
