4:12-41.12.Ā Underreading, overreading or manipulating weighing or measuringĀ device;Ā falsifying records
No person, nor any employee of such person, shall underread, overread or inĀ any way manipulate any weighing or measuring device so that other than the trueĀ weight or measure of the milk or cream purchased is obtained;Ā and it shallĀ also be unlawful for any person, or any employee of such person, to falsify theĀ record of any such weight or measure.
