4:12-41.9.Ā Type of weigh tank or container;Ā manner of agitating
No person receiving or purchasing milk or cream on the basis of its butter fat content shall use a weigh tank or container from which the butter fat sample is taken, that has any partition, division or strainer which may divide,Ā in any way, either vertically or horizontally, into more than one section orĀ compartment the volume of milk or cream from which such sample is taken.Ā TheĀ contents of such weigh tank or container shall be agitated prior to sampling inĀ a manner approved by the director to insure the taking of an accurate andĀ representative sample.
