4:13-10.1.Ā Federated co-operative associations;Ā membership
Two or more associations incorporated in New Jersey or foreign cooperativesĀ may form or become a member of a federated cooperative association incorporatedĀ under this chapter or any similar act in any other State and assign to theĀ federated association any mutually agreed functions and duties not inconsistentĀ with this chapter.
