4:13-14.Ā Associations incorporated under 1920 law subject to chapter
All associations incorporated prior to February twenty-eighth, one thousandĀ nine hundred and twenty-four, under the act entitledĀ "An act to provide forĀ the formation and regulation of co-operative agricultural associations,"Ā approved April twelfth, one thousand nine hundred and twenty (L.1920, c. 154,Ā p. 300), shall be entitled to all the advantages and subject to all theĀ requirements of this chapter.
