4:13-27.Ā Requiring members to deal through association;Ā withdrawal
The by-laws or contracts may require the members to sell all or any part ofĀ their specifically enumerated agricultural products, and buy all or any part ofĀ their specifically enumerated agricultural supplies, exclusively through theĀ association, but in such case shall specify a reasonable period in each yearĀ during which a member, by giving the notice prescribed in the by-laws orĀ contract, may withdraw and be released from his obligation to employ theĀ services of the association in respect to such products and supplies.
