4:13-48.Ā Penalties
Any processor who shall have been found to have violated any of the provisions of this act shall forfeit and pay a penalty of not less than $100.00Ā nor more than $500.00 for each offense to be sued for and recovered by and inĀ the name of theĀ "State of New Jersey."
