The Secretary of Agriculture of the State of New Jersey (hereinafter calledĀ theĀ "secretary" ) is hereby designated as the State official of New Jersey toĀ make application to and receive from the Secretary of Agriculture of the UnitedĀ States or any other proper Federal official, pursuant and subject to theĀ provisions of Public Law 499, 81st Congress, approved May third, one thousandĀ nine hundred and fifty, the trust assets, either funds or property, held by theĀ United States as trustee in behalf of the New Jersey Rural RehabilitationĀ Corporation, now dissolved.
