4:19-15.6.Ā Dogs brought into state
Any person who shall bring or cause to be brought into this State any dog licensed in another State for the current year, and bearing a registration tag,Ā and shall keep the same or permit the same to be kept within the State for aĀ period of more than ninety days shall immediately apply for a license andĀ registration tag for each such dog unless such dog be licensed under sectionĀ eight of this act.
Any person who shall bring or cause to be brought into this State any unlicensed dog and shall keep the same or permit the same to be kept within theĀ State for a period of more than ten days shall immediately apply for a licenseĀ and registration tag for each such dog unless such dog be licensed underĀ section eight of this act.
