4:2A-1.Ā  Definitions
As used in this act:

a. "Nutria"Ā  shall mean any animal of the species Myocaster coypu.

b. "Department"Ā  shall mean the Department of Agriculture.

c. "Secretary"Ā  shall mean the Secretary of Agriculture.

d. "Person"Ā  shall mean any individual, partnership, corporation, firm orĀ  business association.
