4:22-15.Ā Definitions
4:22-15.Ā As used in this article:
"Animal"Ā orĀ "creature"Ā includes the whole brute creation.
"Owner"Ā orĀ "person"Ā includes a corporation, and the knowledge and acts of an agent or employee of a corporation in regard to animals transported, owned, employed or in the custody of the corporation shall be imputed to the corporation.
