4:23-15.Ā Arrest without warrant for violation in view of officer
For a violation of any provision for which a penalty is prescribed which isĀ collectible under this article, done within the view of any constable, policeĀ officer or member of the State police, the officer may arrest the offenderĀ without a warrant and take him before the court in the county wherein suchĀ arrest is made.
