4:24-17.3.Ā New supervisors;Ā appointment;Ā time of taking office
Upon the effective date of a division of a district or the combination of 2Ā or more districts, the terms of office of the supervisors theretofore in officeĀ shall terminate and new supervisors, appointed by the State Soil ConservationĀ Committee in accordance with Revised Statutes 4:24-12, shall take office as theĀ governing body of the district or districts so created.
