4:24-28.Ā Nonobservance of land-use regulations;Ā action
Where the supervisors of any district shall find that any of the provisionsĀ of land-use regulations adopted in accordance with the provisions of articleĀ seven of this chapter (s. 4:24-23 et seq.) are not being observed on particularĀ lands, and that such nonobservance tends to increase erosion on such lands andĀ is interfering with the prevention or control of erosion on other lands withinĀ the district, the supervisors may bring an action in the Superior Court and theĀ said court therein may grant appropriate relief.
