The districts and the committee are authorized to cooperate and enter into agreements with any Federal, State or local agency to carry out the purposes ofĀ this act.Ā The districts and the committee are authorized to receive financialĀ assistance from any Federal, State, county or other public or private sourceĀ for use in carrying out the purposes of this act.
