4:4-20.14.Ā  Cooperation with other entities The secretary may cooperate with and enter into agreements with governmentalĀ  agencies of this State, other states, agencies of the Federal Government, andĀ  private associations in order to carry out the purpose and provisions of thisĀ  act.
