4:5-106.10.Ā Impeding or preventing inspections
No authorized representative of the department shall be impeded or preventedĀ from entering any garbage-feeding hog farm or any part of any building, or anyĀ part of the premises for the purpose of making inspections of the premises andĀ the methods of operation as prescribed by this act or by the rules andĀ regulations of the board as adopted and promulgated under this act.
