4:5-106.14.Ā  Penalties Any person who violates any of the provisions of this act or any order, ruleĀ  or regulation made by the board under this act, shall be liable to a penalty ofĀ  not more than $100.00 and for the second and each subsequent offense to aĀ  penalty of not more than $200.00.
