4:5-106.6.Ā Transfer of licenses
No license issued under this act shall be transferable by the licensee, andĀ each license shall apply to only one place of business which shall be specifiedĀ in the license.Ā Any licensee operating more than 1 such place of businessĀ shall obtain a separate license for each place.
