4:5-106.9.Ā Notification of reasons for refusal to grant license
If the authorized representative of the department finds that such premisesĀ cannot be approved for a license upon inspection, he shall notify the applicantĀ wherein the same fail to comply.Ā If, within a reasonable time thereafter, toĀ be fixed by the department, the specified defects are remedied, the departmentĀ shall make a second inspection and proceed therewith as in the case of theĀ original inspection.
