4:5-16.Ā Transportation of animals within, into or from quarantined area
When a county, city, township, district, animal, herd of animals or poultryĀ is quarantined pursuant to this article and public notice thereof is given asĀ provided in section 4:5-14 of this title, no owner, keeper or other personĀ shall drive or transport, or permit to be driven or transported, into, out of,Ā or from one place to another within such county, city, township, district orĀ place of quarantine, any animal of the kind named in the quarantine, or visitĀ any animal, herd of animals or poultry so quarantined without a written permitĀ signed by the department or its constituted agent or representative.
