4:5-75.9.Ā Supervision of slaughtering and disinfection
The killing and the disposal of all animals slaughtered under this act, andĀ the disinfection or destruction of materials as herein prescribed, shall beĀ carried out under the supervision of an authorized agent or representative ofĀ the Department of Agriculture who shall promptly prepare and transmit to theĀ department a certificate listing the animals or materials, and showing theĀ disposition thereof.
