4:5-93.36.Ā Slaughter of reactors
When a written order has been issued by the director of the division for theĀ removal to slaughter of live stock giving a positive or suspicious reaction toĀ a test, under a plan of the division calling for payment of indemnities, itĀ shall be slaughtered within fifteen days of time of appraisal under the directĀ supervision of a duly authorized agent or representative of the division at aĀ time and place designated by the director of the division and the carcass shallĀ be examined and judged as to fitness for food.Ā No indemnities shall be paidĀ unless the provisions of this section have been complied with.
