4:8B-5.Ā Stop sale order;Ā issuance and enforcement upon violation
The State Seed Analyst, individually or through his authorized agents, shallĀ issue and enforce a written or printedĀ "stop sale"Ā order to the owner orĀ custodian of any lot of treated grain when it is found that such grain is beingĀ sold or distributed in violation of any of the provisions of this act. SuchĀ order shall continue in effect until the law has been complied with and suchĀ grain is released in writing by the State Seed Analyst or until such "stopĀ sale"Ā order is otherwise legally terminated, and, in either case, upon theĀ payment of the costs and expenses incurred in connection therewith.
