4:9-15.34.Ā Revocation, suspension or refusal of license
The State Board of Agriculture may revoke, suspend, or refuse to renew the license of any licensee or refuse to issue a license to a person under this actĀ upon finding that the licensee or applicant has violated any provision of thisĀ act or of the rules and regulations adopted thereunder. No license shall beĀ revoked, suspended, or refused until the licensee or applicant shall have beenĀ afforded an opportunity for a hearing before the State board or such person orĀ persons as the State board may designate to conduct such hearings.
