40A:13-23.Ā Time of establishment of line;Ā effect
The line so ascertained shall be the boundary and line of division between the counties and the municipalities, or the municipalities, concerned from the time of the filing of the agreement in the office of the Secretary of State butĀ the filing of the agreement shall not in any manner affect the boundaries orĀ lines of lands belonging to any person or the jurisdiction and powers of theĀ Division of Water Policy and Supply in the Department of Conservation and Economic Development over the waters of said stream.
