Chapter 151 of the laws of 1958 (C. 40:11-22 to C. 40:11-25 both inclusive)Ā is saved from repeal.Ā [The act saved from repeal by this section provides forĀ the granting of noncontributory pensions by municipalities and counties toĀ dependents of police and firemen who die as a result of an accident sustainedĀ in the performance of duty.]
This act is to be included in a revision of Title 43 of the Revised Statutes.
