40A:14-57.Ā Verified list of nonexempt members to be filed with municipal clerk
The official in charge of the fire department and force shall annually fileĀ with the municipal clerk a verified list of all of the members not havingĀ exempt fireman certificates.Ā The list shall contain their names and residencesĀ and information relevant subsequently to their qualifications for suchĀ certificates.
