40A:4-34.Ā Appropriations for utility or enterprise
Appropriations for any utility or enterprise owned or operated by the localĀ unit shall be in the form and detail prescribed by the regulations of the localĀ governing board and shall include, at least
a.Ā Operations.
b.Ā Interest and debt retirement.
c.Ā Deferred charges and statutory expenditures.
